Children’s classes begin at age 5, and include:  Beginner Wrestling, Grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Tumbling.

The Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is for those between the ages of 5-12. This class is great for all children wanting to learn the best martial art for self-defense, to build self-confidence and esteem, to learn real value, to gain great friends, and to be able to practice what they learn at real speed without hurting one another. (Plus, it’s a great way to keep them physically active instead of playing video games!)

Tumbling is on Saturdays for children from 5-12. All the basic tumbling skills from doing flips to improving dance or cheering skills.

The adult classes include Grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA cage fighting, and women’s MMA Fitness.

Adult BJJ and grappling class is a great way to get in shape and learn how to protect yourself. It is also a great introduction to becoming a Pro/Ammy fighter. This class is where a student learns true ground fighting. Each class will offer new positions and submissions.

Adult MMA classes are for those 15U. You will learn NOGI jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and kickboxing from Cleveland MMA’s owner, former PRO MMA fighter Dustin Procter. You truly have the opportunity to learn from the best.

The Women’s MMA Fitness class is a group of ladies who work together by hitting focus pads, punching bags, and practicing a few new techniques per week. Many physical exercises are done at the beginning of class to warmup, and a 15 minute challenging circuit is done at the end of each class! This class is great way to get in shape!

Despite the small class size, Procter keeps the monthly dues low, making fitness affordable for those who want to learn martial arts. Classes range from $30-50 per month. If you are looking for a gym that will help get you where you want to be, you need to check out Cleveland MMA.
